Support Team
Helps users with questions, listing issues, and general support.
Responsibilities
- Answer user questions
- Assist with listing problems
- Provide basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a helpful environment
Requirements
- Patient and helpful
- Basic understanding of ServerListr
- Able to explain steps clearly
- Responsive to support tickets
